Are you still a mobile service?
On June 1st, 2023, we were very excited to open Breeze Wellness Loft right in the heart of Stony Plain! We put alot of time and effort into making the loft everything our clients hope for in a relaxing and therapeutic experience, and truly encourage everyone to come and see it for themselves. With that being said, we are still offering mobile servies for our clients who are unable to leave their home or would still rather we come to you. As of June 1st, 2023, there will be a $35 dollar travel fee on top of the service fee when we come to you in Parkland County and surrounding areas. We will be scheduling a bi-weekly "travel day" in which the travel fee is only $10 for us to come to you on the specified day. We appreciate your understanding as we put forth these changes and pursue our exciting new venture.
Do I need to provide any of my own items?
If I'm traveling to your home, I bring everything I will need for treatment. Table, sheets, oils.. etc. The only thing we ask if for a space to be available in your home big enough to fit a massage table. If you have any allergies or are sensitive to certain scents or detergents then you are also more then welcome to supply your own sheets. We also will bring music but if you would like to play your own that is always an option!
Do you offer same day appointments?
Booking in advance is always recommended, but we do have a cancelation list we can add you to if you would like to get in sooner.
What is your cancellation policy?
When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other patients. In order to be respectful of other patients, please call or text 780-721-6816 as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment. If cancellation is necessary, we require that you call at least 24 hours in advance. Please be advised that cancellation with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a $30.00 cancellation fee. Appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another patient access to that appointment time. We deeply appreciate your understanding on this matter!
